THE BEGINNING .. .. .. .. 
Edifice began as a one man band in the early stages of a transition with frontman Buddy becoming less of a naked ape. His original project with band (DMt) became undone as highschool completed itself. college was in the future, and distance was set. This was the band's second hiatus(to present).

A little after the first summer slaughter 07', 
Buddy was persistent in starting up this new approach to heavy musick with (existing member,DMt,long time friend, and bassist) Nico Cruz. 
Drummer Sean Sebastian was introduced to the band through Nico, as this band became a reality shortly after.

Currently the band has came off hiatus to play the 2nd Annual New Jersey Deathfest

Drummer Sean Sebastian is no longer currently active with Edifice.

Replacement drummer is Zaki Ali.
